1. Order Cancellations Before Processing:
- Customers can cancel their orders without any charges before the order is processed.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.
2. Cancellations After Processing:
- If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.
- Processed orders cannot be canceled if customization has already begun.
3. Shipped Orders:
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return as per our Return Policy.
4. Event/Service Cancellations:
- For any event or service bookings, cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled date, and a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
- No cancellations are permitted within 7 days of the event/service date.
5. Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items/Services:
- Certain products or services, including customized orders, digital downloads, or special promotions, are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
